New AC Installation
We design and install commercial air conditioning systems to suit the building, occupancy and budget — from single split units to large multi-zone VRF systems. Our engineers survey the site, produce a design proposal and manage the full installation including electrical connections, refrigerant pipework, drainage and commissioning. All systems are commissioned to manufacturer specification and handed over with full documentation.
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Regular PPM visits keep AC systems running efficiently, extend equipment life and maintain F-Gas compliance. Our maintenance contracts include filter cleaning, coil inspection, refrigerant checks, controls testing and full service records. We offer flexible contract terms to suit single-site and multi-site clients, with service reports provided after every visit.
Reactive Repairs & Breakdown Response
When AC systems fail, we provide fast reactive response to diagnose faults and restore operation. Our engineers carry a comprehensive range of spare parts and refrigerants, and we work with all major brands. For clients on maintenance contracts, we offer priority response times and discounted repair rates.
