Gas System Decommissioning
We safely decommission redundant gas installations including mains, distribution pipework, appliances and plant. All work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers following approved procedures, with full purging, isolation and capping to current IGEM standards. We coordinate with gas network operators where disconnection of the supply is required.
Mechanical Pipework Decommissioning
We decommission redundant mechanical pipework systems including heating, cooling, compressed air and process pipework. We drain, isolate, cap and remove redundant systems in a controlled manner, minimising disruption to live services and providing full documentation on completion.
Pipework Upgrade Programmes
Where existing pipework is ageing, non-compliant or no longer fit for purpose, we design and install replacement systems to current standards. We manage the transition from old to new, maintaining continuity of supply where required and providing full compliance documentation on handover.
